- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Brought my Border Collie, Suzie in today, she was over 15 years old. Unfortunately we had to make the extremely hard decision to have her euthanised, as her back legs had gone and she really was unwell. The vet, Sergio, I think his name was was excellent. Nothing was too much for him, he saw and felt our pain and made the whole process more bearable. We were both very upset and he gave us time and even a hug each. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My best mate max had been Ill for most of the weekend .I took him to oakfield first thing Monday morning and i have to say everyone there was first class. ..they could clearly see I was upset and concerned about my dog and they did everything they could to help me ....as I write this I am awaiting results of a blood test they think he will be ok ....would not hesitate to take him there again very many thanks to you all ....by Steve DowsonSeptember 05, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have been a happy customer with our two rabbits ( Poppy and inks) for a few years and have been in there care plan to help bring the cost down. They get to see the vet twice a year under the plan so take them both January and August for boosters and checks. Poppy was unwell in January so he was checked the same time he had his boosters. He had his teeth done three days later. When he had his August check we were charged £18 because he had already been twice in January. Thought this was a bit harsh because one was for paid treatment. Desk staff not much help, if the computer says no then it's no! Apart from that blip, would recommend.by phil corbettMarch 17, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Saw our cat Charlie at very short notice this evening without an appointment. Staff were really helpful on the phone and when we arrived. Vet Sergio was just brilliant. So glad that we have changed to Oaklfield, just wish we had transferred as soon as we had moved into the area.by Jo mctoalJanuary 08, 2017
