- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪More than once I've had to tell the receptionist of my mental health issue and only they stop being so impersonal and rude. Worst receptionist's I've ever had to deal with and I've lived in 7 UK cities. Last Christmas I knew I had an ear infection but the GP disagreed and I spend the entire festive season being unable to hear. Went back on 3rd Jan and another GP said it was obvious I did have a problem. Have also been misinformed by Bath Row in the past. The worst practice I've ever used.by Ian MarshallAugust 14, 2017
