- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As having receptionist experience in the past myself I think it’s terribly horrific how they treat people here including myself the two black women that work as a receptionist are very rude , unprofessional and it’s very clear to see. I have been accused for not attending an appointment that I clearly never booked due to system error I received a letter to say that they would be removing me from the medical centre as I did not attend the appointment, I did not get a apology from this.
