- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I pushed myself a bit too hard last Monday while doing my back routine and got this annoying pain in my lower Romboideus muscle. At first I thought I would shake it off with more training but it just got worse. By Friday I had already had an appointment at this clinic. The masseur was really knowledgeable and quick to locate the pain and decide on the procedure that would be the most relieving.
