- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Try getting hold of this doctors surgery on a Monday morning! Good luck! You've better chance of winning the lottery. I've spend over an hour this morning calling and getting cut off, calling, getting cut off, over 60+ calls and still not even able to talk to a receptionist. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DR's are OK, but the appointment booking system needs a review, You can't book a appointment for the following days, you have to call at 8,30 The same day, you sit on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get through, If you get through and all the appointment's are gone, they tell you to go to a walk in centre, why have I got my own DR's surgery ?, if I can't get to see him, I pet gets better service at the vet's than I do, nice pleasant lady on the phone Says, yes sir, when can you bring him in to see us, its your choice,by wayne huntDecember 24, 2016
