- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful, awful experience with them. Beware. It's been over a year since I went there and it's only now I feel ok to write about it. Was my first fertility experience. After chasing doctor for my results, he called me at 6.45pm on a Friday night. Told me my fertility 'was very, very bad'. When I asked why, he gave me my AMH (I had no idea what that was and he didn't explain). He then took another call and told me I needed to make another appointment. I then spent the following Mon, Tues, Weds calling their call centre, emailing them, to ask if someone could explain why I had bad fertility (initial consultation he had said everything was fine). While the call centre were lovely but it wasn't until the Thurs when I cried, that they bothered to get a nurse to call me back and explain my results. Since then I have been tested twice more and both my AMH and my partners tests (he was told by Create there was no issue) were the same....but totally different to those taken at Create.by Suzanne Abbott-LeeJune 29, 2017
