- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If it is possible to give a negative point rating I would. Absolute nightmare booking an appointment. For 7 days in a row I have tried to book an appointment to discuss blood test results it seems it's never going to happen. Some days I called about 3 times but got cut off by the rubbish telephone appointment system. Today alone I have tried 8 times, only 1 time I got into the queue at number 30. Got to number 1 after 46mins and got cut off. The worst medical practice ever! The only time I got to a receptionist, she was so rude on the phone and advised all bookings gone for the day. This was before 9am in the morning. I only registered 8 weeks ago and yes I will be going elsewhere.by Abass IloriOctober 18, 2017
