  It's okay once you've beat the girls on the front desk and managed to see a doctor. When you ring for an appointment, the normal answer is we haven't got any appointments available.

  Well if it was up to me I wouldn't even give 1 star. I'm writing on behalf of a family member who is a patient unfortunately at this surgery and have asked me to write this review so it's pretty much their words than mine. At 1 point this surgery use to be good up until recently, so where do I begin? The rude stuck up Dr Mann? Thinks he's better than everyone else and treats patients like they're peasants no respect for everyone else trying to fobb off patients. By the way Dr mann seriously needs to look into his B.O issue and perhaps prescribe himself something as his room stinks like something has died or is it his breath? You can also see his sweat patches on his shirt how gross The rude and incompetent receptionists who are glued to their mobiles texting? And when they ain't on their phones they're outside in cars that have parked in a designated disabled bay sucking their boyfriends faces so no one else who is actually disabled with blue badge can park their car there it is absolutely disgusting to witness such behaviour as I'm making my way to surgery. I have tried calling the surgery in order to speak to a nurse and it took them over 30mins to answer the phone in that time I had left my home and driven to the Fernley road and whilst I was walking up to surgery they finally answered and the receptionists own iPhone ringtone went off and the cheek of her to put me on hold to take a personal phone call was bang out of order so I went inside there she was giggling away on here phone giving me the 1min gesture with her finger how rude and the others girls were also texting I have also witnessed favouritism whilst being at the surgery where the receptionist has bent rules to make a appointment for certain patients maybe their related? Practice nurse is completely useless couldn't even change a simple wound dressing and referred us to back to the surgical ward who carried out the op Dr shah is the only decent Dr there and is a much friendlier person compared to other Drs and he does actually genuinely show concern and is not thinking about the numbers If this surgery wants to do well and get better reviews in the future then they need to get rid of Dr mann as nobody wants to see a smelly dr even if they are desperate as appointments are quite rare to get the patients deserve some respect and dignity and they need to employ professional mature receptionists who actually know what they are doing and know how to act respectfully to patients and not rude enough to blab out test results loudly in front of the waiting area
