  I turned up this morning for an 8.30 appt, I was late by 11 minutes as the 2nd bus I catch one was missed out so I waited nearly 20 minutes for next bus. I telephoned the dentist at 8.30 whilst waiting for another bus to turn up the answer machine was still on from the weekend. To be told at the desk if ur ten minutes late the dentist can refuse to see you. I was eleven minutes late due to the bus delay and I don't think it is unreasonable to still be seen being 1 minute past the ten minutes of my appointment time. I have had time off work to attend the appointment and for nothing. I do not see this as a reasonable customer service. The waiting room had one other person in it upon my arrival and no other patients came whist I waited. Very inadequate service!!

  I'm 62 years old and have been to many dentists in my time but I can honestly say that this practice is head and shoulders above the rest. There are two dentists and one hygienist,they are all so friendly and more importantly so good at their jobs, as are all the technicians and reception staff. The premises are very welcoming and well appointed and there is ample free parking. All in all it is as great an experience as it can be to visit a dentist. Also the waiting time is also kept to a minimum. So I would recommend this practice very highly to anyone not too happy with their current dentist.
