  I attended the practice and saw Lily the therapist. My experience was pleasurable and that says a lot about a dental practice. From the reception welcome to the nurses they were really welcoming. Lily put me at ease and explained step by step about my treatment l, I felt like I could ask questions and not be rushed. I will definitely be returning for all my future treatment. Outstanding customer service.

  I have been coming to this practice on and off for the last year, I have been looked after by lily the hygienist every 3 months, she has been so committed to improving my gum health! I didn’t think coming to the dentist could be so enjoyable, it is relaxing and a comfortable place to be. I have also been seen numerous times on the weekend, even as late as 11pm! The service and quality is 5* at each time of the day. The new extension to the building has proven the effort that the staff are putting in to provide a clean and professional environment for their patients. I would recommend anybody to come here, regardless of whether they already have their own dentist. Excellent job all round. Thank you.

  I called the practice with horrendous tooth ache and I was given an appointment the same day, I couldn’t have hit the jackpot any more than having somebody as considerate as Dr Jamie Fuller. The reception team were sympathetic and the hospitality lady created a calm atmosphere in the waiting room, what a star she was! I think her name was Rita, she is an asset for nervous patients like me! The treatment options for my tooth were explained very clearly and Jamie was very caring and patient with me considering how much pain I was in! This has been my first dental experience in some years and even though I live 45 minutes away I will definitely be coming back for my regular check-ups, I’ll be bringing my family along too. From start to finish I have been looked after, at the desk, in the surgery and I was even given a call 2 days later from Jamie’s nurse to see how I was getting on, what Gold standard service! This practice has completely changed my view on what I thought would always be a negative experience. Well done Scott Arms, and thank you!!
