  Spectra Property Services have been dealing with my property portfolio for some time now and the service they offer their customers is second to none. Not only are the staff polite and friendly but their knowledge of the sales and lettings industry is excellent. If you need a new letting/sales strategy or you want a trouble free letting agent then Spectra is that company. 10/10

  Excellent and stands out from the rest. When looking for someone to sell my home, i came across the same old estate agents that sent reps around that did not pay any real interest. But Spectra was different, he appreciated the property and could see its value. Professional, friendly and he's damn hard working. Earned every penny of the commission on my house! Thanks Gurdip !

  Did not find this company very professional. Viewed the property on a Monday afternoon. Me and my partner took time out of work to do so. On arriving at the property, the agent informed us he had forgotten the keys and therefore would have to go back to the office to retrieve them. The tour around the house was lack lustre, and we felt that we was putting the agent out and taking up his time. There was no enthusiasm whatsoever. We showed a great interest in the property and was then informed that the relevant paperwork and application forms would be emailed asap. No paperwork showed up, and each time I called, I was advised not to worry as they would be emailed that same afternoon. After I made my 3rd phonecall to their office, I finally received the forms late Thursday afternoon. We was advised to leave a holding and admin deposit, which I promptly did. We was informed that the deposit would reserve the property for us for a complete 48hrs, giving us chance to get our i.d. and photos etc to their office. The following morning we received an email informing us that the property had been let to someone else and the deposit was returned into our account. Spectra basically wasted a whole working week for us. I had cancelled other viewings, rushed out of work, chased them several times!!!! Complete amaetures.!!!! Would not recommend this company, and would rather pay a little more in admin fees for the services of a more professional letting agency.
