- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Cameron is a fantastic doctor and I've not seen the other two however his reception staff need a course in handling disgruntled patients or they need to sort out their appointment system instead of making patients wait on average AN HOUR for their appointment! Especially if the patient has a 1 year old and it's hot and there's no air con! Also; what's the point in the notice on your notice board asking to let a member of staff know if waiting you're for 30mins + when the attitude off the front desk staff is, "what do you want us to do about it"? "You'll have to let let the doctor know then"! It's a terribly infuriating attitude and only aggrivates the situation rather than doing anything to relieve it! They seem to forget that the patient is going to be upset about the situation and not at them yet they take it all very personally abd respond in a very defensive manor to the point where the patient is left feeling guilty for saying anything.by Julie PhillipsApril 14, 2017
